Hello, we just recently started tracking data from a lot of league of legends games and will try to offer some useful infographics with the data collected.
We will start off by comparing the latest patch, what popular champions were affected most by it and what were the most played champions and how patch changes increased or decreased their win rates.

Now short summary of what we see in the infographic:
Sett was nerfed in 10.8 and that shows. He lost the most of his win rate going from 10.7 to 10.8 patches. Meanwhile teemo, interestingly, without any changes seen the highest win rate increase out of any top champion that was played more than 50 000 games.
FIddlesticks in the jungle, seen a huge win rate increase, and he wasn’t buffed at all in 10.8. So probably people just had more time to get used to him after the rework.
Soraka after all the changes, saw the biggest increase in win rate out of any champions in the support role that were played moderately often.
