Today as I am writing this article, it marks the birthdays of four champions.

On 2009 09 02 - 12 years ago, Janna, Dr. Mundo, Malphite and Blitzcrank were released. Over a decade of play, a few remakes here and there, but mostly the champions retained their style and identity.   • Original Dr. Mundo was voiced by J.S. Gilbert, currently he is voiced by Armen Taylor.
  • According to Mundo Lore, he suffered severe mental trauma due to torture and experimentation on him at the Osweld Asylum.
  • His real name isn’t Mundo, he just misread it on his straight jacket.
  • He is not a real doctor, he just mistook the straight jacket for a lab coat.

Malphite - 12 skins ( latest 12-Aug-2021 )

  • Malphite is voiced by David Sobolov.
  • His Ground Slam ability leaves an imprint on the ground, shaped like the Riot Games logo.
  • Malphite is between 3000 to 3500 years old.

Blitzcrank - 12 skins ( latest 01-Apr-2021 )

  • Blitzcrank is voiced by Duncan Watt.
  • During development, Blitzcrank was called SteamGolem.
  • According to Lore, Blitzcrank has a loving fascination for Poros. He also protects them from predators.
