Ezreal has a lot of skins. His latest PSYOPS skin came out September 3, 2020 - alongside the prestige version. He also has 5 Legacy skins available only through limited sales or Hextech crafting. Considering Ezreal was released March 16, 2010. He has almost exactly 11 years to work on his skin catalogue.
Alistar & Miss Fortune - 14 skins each
Alistar and Miss Fortune sitting at 14 skins each. MF had her last skin released more than 500 days ago, back in October 24, 2019. Meanwhile Alistar received his latest very recently, February 4, 2021
Alistar is one of the core champions of the game, released February 21, 2009. Makes him one of the oldest champions in the game. Miss Fortune was released August 8, 2010
